These terms govern the use of the www.newenergyitaly.com website (the “Website”) and of the “Solar business plan” calculator provided by New Energy S.r.l. By using the Website or sending the calculator form you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. The “Solar business plan” calculator

• The calculator is free and without obligation. Using it and sending the form creates no contract and no obligation to buy.
• The business plan is a preliminary estimate, calculated automatically from your answers and from average parameters: typical production in the region, energy prices, the tax rules in force at the time of calculation. It is not an offer, it is not a quote and it is not tax advice.
• Actual production, savings, cost and payback depend on your roof, the system and your company’s actual consumption. A New Energy energy manager calculates them in the free review of your data.
• The “iperammortamento” super-depreciation and other tax incentives depend on your company’s situation and on the applicable rules: have them checked by your accountant before deciding.
• Please enter truthful data that refer to your company.

3. Use of the Website

• The content of the Website is for information only. We keep it up to date with care, but it may change without notice and does not replace advice on your specific case.
• You may not use the Website or the calculator with automated systems, send false requests or requests on behalf of others, or try to impair their operation.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, New Energy is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the calculator’s estimates or of the information on the Website, nor for temporary interruptions of the service. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not affected.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, trademarks and the business plan PDF belong to New Energy or to their respective owners. You may use the business plan for your company’s internal assessments; you may not republish it or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Personal data and Google ads

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy.

If you come from a Google ad, we report to Google only the outcome of your request, linked to the click code and never to your data, to measure our ads. You may object at any time by writing to info@newenergyitaly.com.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; in all other cases the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new rules or changes to the Website and the calculator. The version published on this page applies, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
